Highly accurate 3-D measuring projector is used on dimension confirmation and surface inspection. Hardness tester is used to check the hardness of metallic material and component.
Our digital torsion testing system can provide not only precisely torque loading and weighing capabilities in both directions of rotation but also endurance and fatigue test depend on request.
To ensure the quality of the parts produced meet the required specification, metallurgical anyalysis will be done after heat treatment. Through the sampling metallurgical anyalysis, carbon content of metal parts in the surface and in the core material can be done.
Our compact desktop spectrometer for metal analysis is based on CCD technology. It enable us to obtain fast, reliable and accurate result for metal analysis.
